This team makes the building sparkle and shine, while providing individual service to every guest. Our housekeeping team cleans up after our guests, shines the floors and makes the beds in a physically demanding setting.

Guest services provides the first impression of the hotel to our guests. From the moment a door is opened, a bag is carried or a person is checked in, these positions require a smile, a concern for others, a sense of urgency and the ability to be on your feet at a moment’s notice. Each building engineer oversees the maintenance and repair of our HVAC, electrical, plumbing and overall logistics of the building.
